Lab pointers
There is no separate lab download and no video course. The lab guide is already in your book: every field guide closes with Appendix B: Build a Lab Tenant, a guided setup for a free trial tenant scoped to that book's product. Read the chapter, open the appendix, build your lab tenant.
The one exception: the Microsoft Purview Field Guides each carry a trial-tenant appendix named for their own solution (for example, Setting Up a Trial Tenant for IRM). Same idea, same place: the back of the book.

Why the lab lives in the book
A lab appendix that ships next to the chapters can say "build exactly what Chapter 4 just described" and mean it. A generic lab site cannot. The appendix walks the trial-tenant signup, licensing, and the minimum setup needed to run the book's exercises, and it names the teardown steps so the trial does not turn into a bill.
